By accessing and using CHESTF ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Steam account to use this Platform. By using CHESTF, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
CHESTF uses Steam OpenID for authentication. By logging in through Steam, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
CHESTF facilitates the trading of Team Fortress 2 in-game items. All trades are final once confirmed. Prices are displayed in USD and may fluctuate based on market conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion.
Item Deposits: When you deposit TF2 items, their value is credited to your platform balance at the current buy price. Items deposited cannot be returned once the trade offer is confirmed.
Item Withdrawals: When you withdraw TF2 items, the corresponding value is deducted from your platform balance at the current sell price. Withdrawals are subject to item availability.
Crypto Deposits: Cryptocurrency deposits are processed through our payment gateway. A minimum deposit amount applies. Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
CHESTF may charge fees for certain transactions. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice.
CHESTF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of transactions in dispute.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be subject to withdrawal within 30 days, subject to our verification process.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavor to notify users of significant changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
